City Council Unanimously Approves New Zoning Code

Philadelphia City Council voted 17-0 to approve the City’s new zoning code on December 15th.  The new code will increase predictability for developers, homeowners and neighborhoods, and advance appropriate development.  Our understanding is the Mayor will have a bill signing

  • PACDC’s activities have culminated in $180 million to date in new resources for affordable housing and neighborhood economic development.

  • The Philadelphia Housing Trust Fund has raised nearly $80 million since September 2005 to expand housing opportunities for more than 6,000 Philadelphia families.
