The goal of this workshop is to build Corridor Managers’ knowledge about the real estate development process so they can more effectively attract, support and advance redevelopment activities on their corridors.

Participants will learn:

• The potential roles CDCs play in real estate development
• The steps in the real estate development process
• How to evaluate real estate development opportunities
• What they can do to support and advance projects for their corridor.

Target Participants:  Commercial Corridor Managers with limited knowledge or experience with real estate development.
