This webinar is being presented to help organizations and individuals interested in applying for Pennsylvania Housing Affordability and Rehabilitation Enhancement (PHARE) funding, administered by PHFA. PHARE funds have been used to leverage an additional $470 million investment in housing in Pennsylvania since 2012.
The webinar will be an opportunity to hear about the details of the program as well as ask questions related to components of the RFP and application process.
