Work as Executive Assistant/Project Assistant for fast growing Construction Project Management Company. Assist CEO with a wide range of duties. Work with Senior Project Management Team to track projects online using over the counter software such as Procure, E-Builder etc. (Will train but must have excellent computer skills)
Duties will include responding to RFPs and RFQs, (request for proposals and request for information – will train). Assist the Company CEO with writing and responding to various client requests; Assist CEO with managing data and information including address book and MailChimp. Assist with drafting company newsletter. Attend meetings and networking events. Duties may also include taking meeting minutes, storing several files on-line including: construction documents, project budgets and vouchers, client files, and project closeout documents. Must be flexible as job may require attending events one or two days per week – some evenings.
Assist CEO with Non-Profit Boards of which he is a part. Duties may include scheduling, taking minutes, and ensuring that CEO has proper documents for Board Meeting.
Must be flexible, smart, and committed. Expert at Excel and proficient in on-line storage and tracking of files.

Qualifications: College Graduate, Experience in construction related field or with construction related firm, expert in Microsoft Suite, Mailchimp, On-line storage or processing. On-line sharing or project management systems.
