The Senior Project Coordinator will lead and manage day-to-day functions related to employee engagement. This role reports to the Senior Director of Community Engagement.
The Senior Project Coordinator of Community Relations:
Leads and expands employee engagement initiatives. This staff member recruits and trains both employees and volunteers, and assists in interdepartmental employee retention efforts.
Measures and promotes employee engagement results through maintaining the volunteer database, setting goals for employee engagement programs, and reports this data to key stakeholders.
Serves as community relations subject matters expert for CHOP by serving as a thought leader for all things employee engagement.
Manages the administration of CHOP Cares Community Grants through program promotion and training of grant awardees.
