Community Design Collaborative seeks Evaluation and Engagement Manager

The Community Design Collaborative is currently seeking an Evaluation and Engagement Manager to integrate learning, evaluation and engagement with data to better share our story of collective social impact in the Philadelphia region. Working closely with the Director of Design Services, the Evaluation and Engagement Manager will develop and implement effective evaluation and engagement strategies. The ideal candidate has 5 or more years of nonprofit experience, including operations, database management, research and development, and evaluations and volunteer management.

This is a newly created position, which is designed to strengthen the Collaborative’s capacity for evaluation, learning, and volunteer engagement.
