Diamond & Associates (“D&A”) has assisted developers of The Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) in Pennsylvania for 30 years, in which time it has supported the successful development of over 10,100 units, comprising $1 Billion in development activity. It’s collegial staff works out of offices in Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia.

D&A is offering a summer internship. We’re looking for someone with a strong interest in affordable housing development. A knowledge of Excel and Word, with strong writing skills. You’d be working with our Project Managers in creating applications for Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
