Position Overview
Fairmount is adding a Project Manager to support the full range of Fairmount’s core services, with a primary focus on strategic and business planning and grant-writing. The position is ideal for an experienced and intellectually curious professional who understands the nuances of nonprofit strategy, organizational development, program design, and resource development. They are a nonprofit generalist, energized by complex questions and being part of a multi-disciplinary, diverse team, excellent at 360 communication, and capable of both strategic thinking and maintaining a high volume of tactical data. They thrive in situations that require equal parts knowledge and expertise, good instincts, and keeping many things moving at once.
