At Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia (“HFHP”), we are builders who work alongside, not for, others. We are driven by accountability and defined by our stick-to-itiveness. The Construction Site Supervisor manages processes and personnel in a way that utilizes volunteer labor, donated and purchased materials and produces quality affordable homes in partnership with individuals and families in the Habitat Homeownership Program.
Perform onsite construction activities as necessary for completing new construction or rehabilitated residential projects, with a focus on finishing the exteriors and siding the structures. Under the supervision of the Construction Superintendent and in coordination with key HFHP staff, subcontractors and future homeowners; effectively utilize the labor and enthusiasm of Habitat’s volunteer workforce; uphold HFHP’s quality and safety standards; work as a community partner, and promote Habitat’s mission to provide affordable housing and revitalize neighborhoods.
