Job Description
The City of Philadelphia seeks a Program Manager to perform programmatic administrative analysis and legislative and regulatory affairs advisory work for the Office of Transportation, Infrastructure and Sustainability (OTIS).  The employee in this position will perform a wide variety of special projects on behalf of OTIS executives, the level and scope of which can vary depending upon the project, but which typically involve analysis and planning, and may include managing specific initiatives from inception to completion.

Work also involves interpreting legislation for departmental review and developing position statements and strategies to respond to and influence key legislation and regulatory initiatives that impact upon the policies, plans and operations of OTIS. Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with City Council, the Mayor’s Office, City executives, and federal and state regulatory agency officials are an essential aspect of the work.
