This fellowship is for an enrolled college student, graduate student and/or recent graduate to gain professional experience in community engagement and strategic planning activities for the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS). The Community Engagement Fellow will work with the PHSVision2027 team to implement grassroots community engagement initiatives around the Philadelphia region and to obtain community feedback on PHS’s strategic and programmatic priorities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to thrive in both in office and field environments.
