Because the 2012 Rising Star(s) will receive training from NeighborWorks America outside Philadelphia, your Executive Director (or Board Chair if nominee is Executive Director) must be aware – and approve of – your absence for that time by signing below.  In addition, the Executive Director (or Board Chair if nominee is Executive Director) is requested to submit a brief letter of recommendation.

  • The CDC Tax Credit Program has fostered 30 partnerships between businesses and CDCs that is providing $30 million in new funding to support neighborhood economic development.

  • PACDC’s Member Services programming builds the capacity of CDCs through technical assistance and training, the sharing of ideas, best practices, and promotion of the local CDC industry.
