A boutique firm, small by design with project work done by partners and experienced senior associates, it has a reputation as being “trusted advisors” for clients with relationships that endure beyond the end of a project. CHP brings extensive experience in designing and facilitating strategic innovation processes for a range of nonprofit institutions including independent schools, cultural institutions, colleges and universities and understands the need to engage organizations in a process that is expansive and inclusive as well as time and resource efficient.
