Asociación Puertorriqueños en Marcha (APM) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of our community through direct service and outreach in the Philadelphia region. Position Overview:
Reporting to and working closely with the CFO, the Property Manager is by nature autonomous, meticulous, and pays attention to details. The Property Manager will lead and implement the efficient management and maintenance of APM’s rental housing properties. The Manager will comply with established policies and procedures and will not take actions contrary to such guidelines without clearance and approval from the CFO.
