Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Business Development to lead our proposal development efforts. The successful candidate would work with staff and clients to draft winning proposals that drive business growth. They would also work with our social media consultants and marketing staff to create messaging that increases positive recognition in the community.

Key responsibilities include:

Proposal Writing:
Lead the entire proposal development process from planning to submission
Write, edit, and coordinate compelling proposal content that effectively communicates our value proposition
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and translate technical information
Meet strict proposal deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
Track proposal outcomes and implement process improvements.

Marketing:
Work with Operations to manage digital marketing channels including website, social media, email, and newsletters
Lead the development of marketing materials and collateral
Track results and make changes as needed to ensure success.

Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree, 3 years experience business development or marketing, exceptional writer, experience with RFP process, ability to multi-task, team player, social media and tech savy.
