Esperanza has two (2) immediate full-time openings for a Commercial Corridor Manager who will provide business district management services on the Hunting Park & Wyoming Avenue commercial corridors.
Esperanza is a faith-based non-profit organization committed to raising awareness and identifying resources that strengthen the Hispanic community.
The Commercial Corridor Manager provides technical assistance to local businesses, maintain and increase the engagement of businesses in the corridor program, coordinate marketing and outreach efforts, and will be responsible for meeting all deliverables associated with the City of Philadelphia’s Targeted Corridor Revitalization Management Program contract. This individual will work closely with Esperanza’s Housing and Economic Development (EHED) department to expand Esperanza’s impact in the Hunting Park community.
