Position Overview:
PHDC, a non-profit organization funded primarily by the City of Philadelphia and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, is looking for a highly motivated attorney who, under the supervision of and direction of General Counsel, will provide legal support to the Philadelphia Land Bank’s Board of Directors and the Land Management Department staff. The attorney must also possess a working knowledge of the City’s tax foreclosure process.
