Position Overview:
This is an administrative and managerial position responsible for administering the Neighborhood Preservation Initiative (NPI) programs, which include housing, commercial corridors, and neighborhood infrastructure to be undertaken by the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (PRA), PHDC, and the City of Philadelphia’s Commerce Department. The goal of the NPI is to improve and enhance housing, commercial corridors and neighborhood infrastructure within the City to promote the health, welfare and safety of the residents of the City.
