SAADA (South Asian American Digital Archive), uses the power of stories to create belonging for 5.4+ million South Asian Americans. Our archive, storytelling projects, artistic partnerships, walking tours, lesson plans, films, and books help ensure that South Asian Americans are recognized as an essential part of the American story. The future we are building together is one where each of us feels our value and our worth and knows that we belong.
SAADA is at an exciting moment in our growth trajectory, and we are seeking a Program Coordinator whose skills, commitment, and vision will further solidify SAADA as a national leader in community-based storytelling. If you are a conscientious, curious, and striving individual, we invite you to come build with us. We are looking for a colleague interested in advancing their career at SAADA, and we are dedicated to supporting your professional growth.
The Program Coordinator is a dynamic and ever-evolving role within our organization, playing a vital part in delivering on SAADA’s mission, deepening our impact, and fostering meaningful connections with South Asian American communities across the country. You will report to and work closely with SAADA’s Program Manager to develop and execute innovative programs and initiatives that align with our organization’s long term vision, working on programs such as the First Days Project, the Revolution Remix Walking Tour, and our Archival Creators Fellowship Program.
