The Northern Liberties Business Improvement District (NLBID) was created in July 2018 to provide supplements to the municipal services of the City of Philadelphia; maintain a safe, clean and vibrant commercial district for the benefit of all users; create opportunities for the business and residential communities to make improvements in the district; and develop and implement programs and services that ensure Northern Liberties continues to be a desirable place to live, work, shop, invest and visit.
Position Overview:
The Executive Director of the Northern Liberties Business Improvement District (NLBID) is the principal officer of the organization and is responsible for overall administration, financial management, and delivery of the district’s services. The Executive Director will closely coordinate with and report to the Board of Directors and oversee an annual budget of approximately $650,000.
