United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey seeks Corporate Giving Officer

Position Overview:

The Corporate Giving Officer manages a portfolio of corporate relationships representing a diverse cross-section of companies located in Philadelphia, Montgomery and/or Delaware counties. Primary responsibilities include year-round relationship management (identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship), assessing and developing corporate interest in UWGPSNJ’s work; identifying new prospects and/or opportunities for increased funding; and effectively communicating about UWGPSNJ’s mission and various investment offerings, including the Impact Fund, Social Venture Partners and The Promise. In addition to ensuring the retention of existing corporate support, the Giving Officer will also help manage a subset of workplace-based employee giving campaigns and a small group of major donors (donors giving $10,000 or more annually) within the same corporate portfolio. The Giving Officer is a member of a five-person team and will be required to work closely and collaboratively with other Giving Officers, Giving Associates, the Grants Officer, and other members of the Giving and Mission Delivery Departments.
