How can CDCs and other community focused groups look internally and externally at its own efforts and incorporate racial equity and inclusion into operations, programming and outreach? How can we begin to make this work have impact beyond jargon?
On November 4th we learned from Don Trahan Jr. from NeighborWorks America and local practitioners about their own internal and external efforts and the essential steps needed to actualize from talk to tangible results.
