PACDC testimony on the FY18/Year 43 Preliminary Consolidated Plan

PACDC testified on the FY18/Year 43 Preliminary Consolidated Plan on April 27th 2017, urging the Kenney Administration to double the housing trust fund, expand funding for commercial corridor programs.  The Consolidated Plan is the City’s budget for all local, state and federal funds for community development. PACDC Testimony on FY18 General Fund Budget

PACDC testified before City Council on the FY18 budget on May 3rd 2017, urging Council to double dedicated revenue to the Philadelphia Housing Trust Fund to a minimum of $25 million annually, and to expand the CDC Tax Credit Program.
