PACDC Testifies on Low Income Tax Freeze Bill
On March 13th, 2024, Andy Toy testified in front of City Council’s Finance Committee in support of Bill #240059. This Bill would create a new program to freeze the taxes of low income homeowners to prevent displacement when property values go up. You can find PACDC’s full testimony here.
