PACDC Testifies on Need for Deeply Affordable Housing

On Tuesday, February 11th City Council’s Committee of Housing, Neighborhood Development, and the Homeless held a hearing on the need for more deeply affordable housing and the challenges we face to provide it. PACDC Testifies on Low Income Tax Freeze Bill

On March 13th, 2024, Andy Toy testified in front of City Council’s Finance Committee in support of Bill #240059. This Bill would create a new program to freeze the taxes of low income homeowners to prevent displacement when property values go up. You can find PACDC’s full testimony here.
