Are you involved in a new community garden or looking to start one? Join Sally McCabe and others to learn what it takes to get a community garden started, and sustain it. This six-session course combines in-depth and hands-on gardening experience with topics such as basic horticulture, recruiting and keeping volunteers, assessing and finding resources in your neighborhood, planting and garden maintenance, land ownership / securitization, and forming partnerships.

Workshops will happen every Wednesday evening 6-8 pm from March 27 until May 1, 2019.
