The Philadelphia Land Bank will present a two-part training on how to access vacant property through the Philadelphia Land Bank. Part I will focus on how the Land Bank acquires privately owned tax delinquent property and how to use Land Bank acquisitions for planning. Part II will focus on Land Bank disposition of property for re-use, including the Competitive Bid process, Direct Sales process, and Discounted Pricing.
Please register only if you plan to attend both sessions on Tuesday, March 5th and Thursday, March 7th. Each session will take place from 9am-12pm. Registration is $15 and covers Part I and Part II.
