PIDC RACP Grant 101 Series
How many community organizations have heard of RACP, but aren’t clear on what it is? You may have heard it’s a State grant program, but you may not know much more, or you know of RACP but have no idea how to get started. You may also have a capital construction project in which you are putting together financing and need this additional funding source, but where do you begin? If this describes your organization, then this 4-Part RACP series is for you!
Join PIDC in partnership with the Philadelphia State Senate delegation as we offer this 4-part series on the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) to provide you with all the details on RACP, including what it is, who is eligible, how to get started, how to access the grant, and how to ensure a successful project.
This 4-part series will run from Thursday, January 26, 2023 to February for four (4) consecutive Thursdays to bring you information that will clarify the program, help you get started, and finish your capital project. Each session in the series focuses on the key components of a successful project and includes presenters who are RACP experts.
Session #1 – RACP Grant 101: Where Do You Start?
In this session, you’ll learn the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) basics – what is it, who is eligible, what type of projects are eligible, the application, your role in being awarded, and your role in accessing the grant funds.
