Rebuilding Our Workforce (Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance)

Just as the creative industry is poised to rebuild itself, hiring and retention have never been more challenging. We have heard from members of all sizes, across the sector and region, grappling with current hiring trends and reexamining their retention practices. In response, the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance presents Rebuilding our Workforce – Creative Industry Trends and Practices for Hiring and Retention on Monday, February 27 from 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Featuring a panel discussion with representatives from across the industry, including legal and HR professionals, this program will provide the opportunity to hear the latest developments and solutions for rebuilding our workforce. Participants will have the opportunity to pose questions to the panelists as well as engage in a problem-solving exercise and leave the program with some tactical takeaways.
