A bill to create a Mixed Income Housing program was introduced into Philadelphia City Council on June 22, 2017.  Sponsored by Councilwoman Maria Quinonez-Sanchez, Council President Darrell Clarke, Councilmembers Blackwell and Johnson, the bill would help create more affordable homes and generate resources for the Philadelphia Housing Trust Fund.  PACDC is calling on City Council and Mayor Kenney to support the legislation and move it forward in 2017.  Read more about our Affordable Homes for a Growing Philly campaign and become an endorser, and read the bill, fact sheet, and press release.
