PACDC worked with Councilmember Cherelle Parker and the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce to hold a public hearing on December 9th, 2020 on the state of our neighborhood commercial corridors.  The hearing was an important opportunity to talk about how critical corridor programs are to our neighborhoods and small businesses in dealing with the devastating effects of COVID, and crafting recovery strategies.  You can read some of the testimony offered at the hearing here:
