PACDC, in its 30th anniversary year, recognizes the network of dedicated housing counseling agencies in Philadelphia for their collaborative impact in helping keep families and individuals at risk of eviction or foreclosure in their homes, while simultaneously providing support to those seeking to become new homeowners. For these reasons, they are our 2022 Community Development Champions!

Their collective work has made a profound difference in the lives of countless residents and in doing so, helped make a profound difference for the City.
