PACDC wants to celebrate the impressive work being done to create an Equitable Philadelphia! Please – help us by nominating your project or program or someone you know for one of the following awards to be recognized at PACDC’s Gala & Awards Ceremony on May 8, 2025:

• Blue Ribbon Award – Projects –  honoring real estate development projects for their achievements in Community Development Excellence.
• Blue Ribbon Award – Programs –  honoring programs that provide innovative or critical services for their achievements in Community Development Excellence.
• Community Leader Award recognizing outstanding volunteer leadership
• Equitable Entrepreneur Award recognizing outstanding leadership by an individual entrepreneur that advances equity and economic opportunity for low-income residents in their business model
• Rising Star Award recognizing staff under 40 years old at PACDC CDC and Associate Member organizations
