PACDC’s Rick Sauer testified yesterday, February 13th in front of the Philadelphia City Council Committee on Law & Government. His testimony on Resolution No. 160902 and Bill No. 160895 supported the creation of a Community Reinvestment Commission, which would require a change to the City Charter.  The Resolution and Bill passed the committee with a favorable recommendation.  Read the full testimony here.
