In order to pursue the development of a supportive housing program, an organization must understand the development process in Pennsylvania. This session will provide insight into the best ways to navigate the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) process in Pennsylvania. The session will also provide an overview of Key provisions in PA’s Qualified Allocation Plan that impact supportive housing development. Finally, the session will provide a review of subsidies typically utilized in PA development and examples of subsidies that exist in other communities that hold potential for supportive housing development in PA
