CDLI: Identifying Vacant/Abandoned Parcels for Anti-Gun Violence Interventions

The session will include a demo of a new parcel locator dashboard developed at UPenn, along with some examples of lots activated by HopePHL.

The team will be presenting a dashboard they’re building based on Dr. Eugenia South’s research to help community organizations prioritize vacant and abandoned parcels for anti-gun violence interventions. They’re looking to make community groups aware that the tool exists and to get input on how to improve it. A demo of the dashboard tool is available here.
