The workshop will cover HUD’s Section 3 Program and how it is applied to PHA contracts. Discussions will include Section 3 definitions and the three ways that contractors may satisfy Section 3 requirements in contracted work.

Hiring, Subcontracting and Contributing to the PHA Section 3 Training Fund will all be discussed along with recommendations for businesses that may qualify as Section 3 entities.
