Philadelphia Mural Arts Program seeks Art Education Youth Restorative Practices Program Manager

The Philadelphia Mural Arts Program is seeking a full time Youth Restorative Practices Program Manager for the Art Education Department which serves over 1200 trauma impacted and adjudicated youth ages 10-22 annually through out of school programming. As a thought-partner to the Director of Art Education and the Art Education Project Manager, the Youth Restorative Practices Program Manager will conceptualize, develop, and assess program and project content, curriculum and goals consistent with Mural Arts’ and our partners’ shared vision and expectations.

The Youth Restorative Practices Program Manager will oversee day to day operations providing practical decision making support, continually planning and fine tuning to optimize the program “on the ground” at sites throughout the city. The ideal candidate will be a committed problem solver, deep thinker, inquisitive learner, thoughtful communicator, mindful collaborator and accountable role model with a demonstrated commitment to issues of social justice, youth transformation and trauma-informed practices/restorative practices within arts education.
