Organizational Overview:
The Bethesda Project, is a nonprofit organization that has been serving Philadelphia, Pennsylvania’s homeless through its network of sixteen residential and shelter setting for nearly 43 years. Persons experiencing homelessness receive housing, shelter, meals, and supportive services as they seek to manage their physical and mental illness, recover from addiction, and reclaim their dignity, self-worth and independence.
Position Overview:
The Development & Communications Manager is responsible for carrying out Bethesda Project’s mission through effective communications strategies. This position requires keen attention to detail and thorough understanding and coordination of internal and external communications, grant writing, public relations and social media strategies and implementation.
