Campaign for Working Families seeks Director of Tax Operations

Organizational Overview: 

The Campaign for Working Families, Inc. (CWF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to helping working families and individuals achieve economic empowerment by providing free tax preparation, resource building and asset development.

Position Overview:

The Director of Tax Operations is responsible for all tax site operational functions and responsibilities, particularly in regards to planning, implementation and evaluation of tax services and annual site selection. They recruit all site teams and are responsible for strategic team placement to ensure maximum productivity. They work closely with the Technology & Procurement Manager on site set-up of equipment and supply needs, with the Data Consultant for reporting, and with the Director of Volunteer Engagement on volunteer management. Works closely with the Director of Partnerships in reference to new and existing relationships that will affect tax sites.
