Community Ventures seeks Supportive Services Program Manager

Community Ventures, a non-profit corporation, develops and manages affordable housing in partnership with neighborhood organizations in Philadelphia. CV currently manages 257 units of affordable housing with another 37 new units currently under construction. CV’s supportive services programs are currently contracted to a third-party services provider and CV plans to now bring these services in house by creating the new position of Supportive Services Program Manager (SSPM). The Supportive Services Program Manager will work with the program staff and property management staff to offer professional casework and supportive services to CV’s diverse tenants.

The Supportive Services Program Manager will work with the Executive Director, Program Director, and Property Manager to develop a supportive services plan applicable to all of CV’s eight development sites and, where applicable, supportive services plans applicable to specific sites. These plans will need to meet the requirements of all funding and regulatory agencies (Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, Federal Home Loan Banks, the City of Philadelphia, Local Initiatives Support Corporation and others) as well as the investors for these sites. CV’s new supportive services program will have a specific focus on the social determents of health (SDOH) and measuring tenant health outcomes from stable housing and community participation. The SSPM will work with the Executive Director to provide periodic reports, as required, to each of the funding and/or regulatory agencies.
