Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia seeks Homeowner Services Manager

Position Objective

At Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia (“HFHP”), we are builders who work alongside, not for others. We are driven by accountability and defined by our stick-to-itiveness. The Homeowner Services Manager (“HSM”) is responsible for managing the processes and staff for three essential components of the Habitat project life-cycle: engagement, intake, and selection/program management for both the Homeownership and Repair programs.  The HSM will manage program staff and provide supervision for all case management responsibilities from the time of the first contact until the Habitat project is complete. The HSM will have primary responsibility for engagement strategy and recruitment of potential partner families for Habitat Philadelphia’s programs.
