Organizational Overview:
IF Lab – The Idea Factory, is a multi-use community space for the business community that facilitates entrepreneurial growth in underserved neighborhoods from the ground up. We provide co-working space as a way to connect businesses and develop community. The pilot is housed in Kensington, Philadelphia, with Labs planned across multiple cities facing transition. We welcome businesses in all stages of their development and prioritize minority-owned and low-income businesses.
Position Overview:
The selected applicant will be responsible for the overseeing day to day responsibilities and activities of our coworking space in Kensington. The Office Manager will be responsible for opening and closing the office, greeting visitors and tenants, answering questions about the space, scheduling and providing tours of the space, and connecting the community to our valuable resources.
