Manayunk Development Corporation seeks Maintenance Employee

Manayunk Development Corporation Maintenance Employees are responsible for ensuring the entirety of the Manayunk Special Services District stays clean and free of litter by clearing trash, seasonal landscaping, and other various tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Sweeps litter off the sidewalk, street, & curbline
• Empties trash and recycling recepticles along Main Street
• Removes and covers graffiti
• Assists in repairing neighborhood amenities
• Assists in event day setup, breakdown, and waste management
• Works seasonal tasks including but not limited to: leaf removal, snow removal, salting, plant watering, and weeding
• Additional tasks assigned as needed
