The Job Developer works with the Code for Success team to develop and implement proactive, innovative job placement strategies for individuals entering the workforce.
In particular, the Job Developer will understand the local and regional labor market, hiring and market trends, and staffing needs, and create a pipeline of employment opportunities through partnerships with employers.
This person maintains frequent contact with program participants, alumni, and partner employers.
