SEAMAAC is hiring a Quality Assurance Coordinator

The Quality Assurance Coordinator plays a critical role in using data and evaluation tools to guide programing to fulfill SEAMAAC’s mission. The Coordinator’s primary goal is to implement data measurement systems throughout the organization, to assess program outcomes and impact on the communities that we serve. The Coordinator ensures that SEAMAAC’s programs are in compliance with all internal and external program standards. The Coordinator oversees the design, build and maintenance of organization-wide databases in order to ensure compliance and to promote quality program improvements. The Coordinator works with Department Directors, Supervisors, and Program Coordinators on implementation and evaluation of program goals, objectives and outcomes as defined by SEAMAAC’s Strategic Plan; and implements and monitors effective agency-wide data collection and reporting systems. Regular tasks include coordination with program departments in the collection of all data retrieved through referrals, enrollment applications, and sign-in sheets from client activities. The Coordinator works with each program team to design methods and systems in which data from these external funder-mandated databases are transferred efficiently into SEAMAAC’s Efforts To Outcomes (ETO) Database. The Coordinator completes and distributes quarterly program database review reports. The Coordinator works with Truancy Case Management Program Supervisors to provide quarterly reviews of client case files and supervises the Program Administrative and Data Assistant. The Coordinator trains the organization’s staff to utilize the ETO database, complete data entry, and generate reports.
