Share Food Program seeks Executive Assistant

Share Food Program, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is the preeminent organization dedicated to serving populations requiring access to nutritious affordable food, through an expansive regional network of community organizations in the Greater Philadelphia area.

The Executive Assistant to the Executive Director is responsible for managing the administrative duties of the Executive Director and executive office. The primary responsibilities will include managing the Executive Director’s schedule and any other organizational needs, managing the front office, and answering phone calls and emails directed to the organization.

Summary of Duties:
– Manage Executive Director’s schedule, emails, and phone calls as needed.
– Run front office of Share Food Program, including receiving phone calls, correspondence, and emails.
– Provide Executive Director with necessary information and materials for meetings and events.
– Support other Share Food leadership and staff as needed and assigned by Executive Director.
– Communicate with partner organizations and external stakeholders.
