The Kensington Corridor Initiative seeks Project Manager

Since 1974, we have been working in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia to help people re-enter the workforce, train for jobs, find housing, and build community. Over the last two decades we have also built a continuum of housing services in an effort to end veteran homelessness.

Position Overview:

The Kensington Corridor Initiative Project Manager is a full-time position working in the Community Development department of Impact Services Corp. The role will coordinate multiple efforts and partner organizations to improve safety and quality of life along the Indiana Avenue Corridor between Kensington Ave and Front Street. The manager will ensure that project components such as home repair, greening, lighting, cleaning, and resident convenings are advancing. The project manager acts as liaison between residents, community-based organizations, city agencies, developers, and law enforcement, as needed. The overarching goal for the position is to ensure the timely implementation of the different elements of the Kensington Corridor Initiative.
